Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?
No. The founder runs your setup call personally and gets you live the same week.
What happens after the 30-day free location?
We email you on day 25. If you want to keep going, you add a card and we move you onto the $199/mo plan. If not, your account pauses — your data stays and you can export or delete it any time. We never auto-charge without you choosing to continue.
What's the AI cap, exactly?
AI features (invoice OCR, drift detection, the command center) are metered, but we hard-cap your bill at $30/mo. If your usage would exceed the cap in a given month, the heaviest features throttle — we never quietly bill you more.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Each additional location is a flat $199/mo with full reporting roll-ups. Operating six or more locations? Email founders@margin.work and we'll work out a multi-unit number.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month. No annual commitment. Cancel from settings any time — no phone calls.
What payment methods do you accept?
