Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee, no implementation fee, no onboarding fee. You sign up, add your reps, and your first RFQ goes out the same afternoon.
What’s the contract length?
Month-to-month. Every plan. No annual commitment, no auto-renewal beyond a month. Cancel from the billing page any time — no phone calls, no retention scripts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing page. Upgrades are prorated to the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
How do multiple locations work?
Each location has its own inventory, suppliers, and reports. Your base plan covers the first location. Every additional location is a flat $69/mo, regardless of tier. At six or more locations, talk to us.
Do you charge suppliers?
Never. Suppliers are free forever. No subscription, no take-rate, no skim on the PO. This is why reps actually respond — they’re not being asked to pay for another portal.
What happens after the 14-day pilot?
On day 12 we email you. If you want to continue, you pick a plan and add a card. If not, your account simply pauses — your data stays and you can export or delete it any time. We never auto-charge without you choosing a plan first.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Not today. We’d rather earn your renewal every month by actually delivering savings. If your operation is large enough that annual billing matters, email us and we’ll figure it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH via Stripe. Invoices for larger accounts can be arranged on request.
