This Privacy Policy explains what data MarginOS collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. MarginOS is operated by Blake Emsick, a sole proprietor based in Omaha, Nebraska.

MarginOS relies on a short list of vetted providers to operate: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Anthropic (OCR of invoice images), Vercel (hosting), and SendGrid (email). Each receives only the minimum data required to perform its function.

5. Your rights

You can export your data, correct errors, or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing blake@margin.work. Requests are honored within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is limited to Blake Emsick (sole founder). We will notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach.

7. Children

MarginOS is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect.
